I was so excited when I went back to NY for a visit from NC, which has no dinners at all, when I'm driving down Bell Blvd. and see Neptune diner, I turned to my aunt and said we are going there for breakfast I always went to the one in Astoria and had my Greek omelet just cheese and home fries it was as delicious as I remembered. I went back once more before I had to leave NY to my new home in Leland, NC. I read that the Astoria location closed, that is so sad I remember going there since the 80's it was our stop early in the morning after going out dancing. New Yorkers and Jersey people that have moved to NC miss diners if only the owners from Neptune would come to Leland and opened a true Greek diner. Neptune will always be one of my stops when I visit NY.

Food is great, also depending on what you order. Cookies and sweets aren't the best but sandwiches are great. Very classic diner style and family friendly. Service is decent, nothing crazy.

First time at the Neptune Diner.it was an overall great experience. Firstly, our waitress Ashley was friendly, engaging, and most importantly made us feel at home. I decided to go with the Crown Heights burger deluxe. It was cooked to perfection.as well as all of our food. The decor was typical diner decor but there was a great Victoria the place. Definitely, I will be back.

My boyfriend and I ordered huevos rancheros and challah french toast sandwich with a side of bacon. The portions are huge and decent. It's also wonderful when you get unlimited coffee refills. Service is great!

This is another review about the Neptune Diner. Every time I eat here, this place always shines. This time my friend and I started with the Greek Lemon soup. OMG, amazing as usual and the fact that unlike other places Neptune serves Lemon soup 7 days a week. My burger and this is no lie still is the best quality of meat outta all the hundred other places that I ordered burgers at. Added to that, the buns here are Always soft. Our waiter today was Miguel who was on point from the beginning to the end of the meal. The music here was at a good volume and played one of my most favorite types of music 80s. The Bayside Queens area should be very thankful for the Neptune Diner for opening up in the neighborhood.

Worth your time! The last time I was here, it was a Jackson Hole, Wyoming - that was a lifetime ago... Went for Sunday brunch and it was packed! Valet service was available even though it had a good size parking lot. I initially thought it was unnecessary but I was proven wrong just thirty minutes later - the parking lot was packed and the valet had smartly arranged all the cars. Greeted with a smile from the host and brought to a booth. The atmosphere was bright and the room was packed. All the wait staff moved efficiently and smartly; the host made sure everything was running smoothly during this very busy Sunday morning. Miguel, our server, was friendly and attentive. Coffee was bottomless and the food was served hot and quick. I had forgotten how much I missed a diner with good food, good staff, good environment, good everything - and being here was a treat!!

As always, I'm bias to the OG Neptune in Astoria, but my grandma lives close by & this is our favorite breakfast spot! They have a parking lot that's pretty convenient, but street parking isn't too hard to find if it's full! There's plenty of space inside & the menu is extensive & basically has anything you want! The food is always tasty, service is friendly & quick! Prices are reasonable! Someone once told me that if the coffee is good at a diner, chances are the food is good too! (Point being said - you can't go wrong with Neptune)

Came here for dinner on a Saturday night and this place was packed. There is a decent amount of selections on the menu and it's pretty standard fare for what you'd see at most other diners. I got a pulled pork burger and it was pretty decent. The pork could have had a bit more bbq sauce, but the burger was cooked well and was juicy despite not being asked how I wanted it cooked. The portions here are quite sizable. The staff is nice and place itself is pretty clean. I think they may have even done renovations after renaming as Neptune Diner. Overall, it's a pretty solid place. Would recommend.
